SHIPPING POLICIES
ANNOUNCEMENT: When you order a product that is on PRE-ORDER SALE, you are ordering abut two weeks or so ahead of production, plan for a minimum three week ship time. We thank you for your patience as we are just as excited to get your new products to you as you are to receive them! We will get them out the door asap!
Ship time for January 2025 is about 7-10 business days as we set up our manufacturing in a new state! (Yay Jesus!) We hope to be organized and shipping within 2-3 businesses days again by the end of February!
USA ORDERS
Shipping is free on orders over $99, all other orders ship Flat Rate USPS Ground Advantage for $8.50.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide! The checkout system will calculate international shipping high to cover our costs, should your shipping rate be lower than expected, we will refund you any overage.
You may be required by your government to pay a customs fee. Emerald Glory is not responsible for customs fees. If you are unsure, please check with your country’s customs policies prior to ordering.
First class international shipping charges are calculated based on weight and address.

We currently accept all credit cards and payments as well as Paypal.

RETURN POLICY
Your happiness with Emerald Oils is important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days! If your item/s are damaged, please reach out with an explanation and photos I will send you a new one, you will not need to return the damaged items.

All damage and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment.

Emerald glory Wellness requests customer email and/or mailing address on specific forms. Your e-mail address or street address will not be sold to a third party and is only used for the stated purpose of the form. Whenever the identity of a visitor is requested, we clearly indicate the purpose of the request. You may easily be removed from the list at any time by looking for the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of every email. This site maintains a strict “no-spam” policy.
CUSTOMER RECORDS
When completing an order you can check a box asking us to create an account for you. This will save your billing and shipping address, making it easier for you to order next time. If you are a returning customer simply log in. Customer records are stored securely and are never sold to a third party.

When a visitor views any of our pages, like all web servers, our system logs the visitor’s domain name and/or IP address. We collect the domain names and/or IP addresses in order to compile information on what pages visitors successfully access, and what pages they may have experienced technical difficulty.
