Chocolate Spelt Cake with Hot Cocoa Ganache

I have been so low key during this change of seasons from Summer to Fall these last couple of weeks. Baking, harvesting, canning, dehydrating and just hanging out with my chickens and grandbabies. I am SO EAGER to run to the front lines of this end times war we are all engaged in, but Holy Spirit has me making cake. This beautiful Choclate Spelt Cake is simple enough to keep around for a weeknight snack cake, but delicious and beautiful enough to serve for weekend gatherings with family and friends. The Hot Chocolate Ganache isn't needed, but it takes it right over the top! Enjoy!
