Fatigue
Chronic fatigue is one of the earliest signs of deficiency, as magnesium is needed for the body to convert food into energy. That said, Magnesium deficiency also causes sleeplessness, which then plays a factor in feeling fatigued during the day when you should have energy! So which came first the chicken or the egg? That may vary from person to person, but if you are feeling fatigued, I would add this Magnesium Balm to your bedtime routine immediately. Digestive Problems
