Someday when Ella is older and thinking of her childhood, I hope she recalls her mama's snuggles, pop's jokes, and cooking in Nonna's kitchen while we talk about Jesus 💛 This is by far my favorite cooking video of Ella, I think I just need to always get out of the way and let her do her thing always! She's AMAZING!
She saw me put the lid on the food processor one time and then decided she didn't need me anymore. Watch her side glance when she does it herself! I was thoroughly impressed as was she! Haha
Baking Tips
The dough is pretty soft, which is why we put it in the freezer. It helped! If you under bake them you will get crispy edges and a chewy middle which is how I LOVE them. Fully baked they will snap when you bite! Enjoy!
