Pine Needle Honey (& Other Medicinal Honeys)

“I have come into my garden, my sister, my bride;

There is something so satisfying about foraging locally to make kitchen treasures! Today it was medicinal honeys with pretty pine needles.

I planned on just making pine-needle honey but ended up with Calendula Pine, and an adaptogenic blend with Lavender, Chamomile & Holy Basil to give to my grandbaby. (6 weeks from now! Lol)
