There are so many oils with antiviral and antibacterial properties, but not all oils were created to kill all things, and many times they work better synergistically. (Meaning, they become even more effective when blended with other powerful oils!)
So many are suffering with the flu that I decided it was time to do a deep dive into clinical studies to see exactly which oils worked best, and what I found was amazing! Many helped lessen the virus, some within an hour, some within 15 minutes, but a certain combo* was found to completely INACTIVATE the virus! HalleluYah!

Then I continued my studies to make sure each of the three oils are considered child-safe, (always do your own research) then went to work to blend them into an easy-to-use oil blend for the whole family.
I also added Black Seed Oil because of its significant efficacy against influenza, along with its antiseptic and local anesthetic properties. (Black seed oil makes a wonderful rub for body aches, sore throat, chest congestion, etc, and it can be taken by mouth, use caution with children. You can order it in a larger volume HERE.)

This blend comes undiluted in a 10ML glass bottle.
The following essential oils in the Flu Fighter 4x Blend are listed in alphabetical order. The therapeutic uses that are listed for each essential oil are those that are relevant to the purpose of this particular blend.
Bergamot: Infections (viral, bacterial, fungal), colds, flu, anxiety, sleeplessness, mood enhancement, digestion.
Black Seed (Also known as Black Cumin Seed): Infections (viral, bacterial, fungal), colds, flu. immunity, pain, swelling, inflammation.
Cinnamon Leaf: Infections (viral, bacterial, fungal), bronchitis, colds, flu, poor circulation, immune support, and radiation protection. (Avoid during pregnancy and nursing!)
Red Thyme: Infections (viral, bacterial, fungal), colds, flu, bronchitis, excess mucus, congestion, upset stomach.
Methods of Use:
Aromatherapy: The use of natural, aromatic substances, known as essential oils, have been proven to directly connect to the amygdala and the limbic system in the brain where the seat of emotions is, as well as enter the bloodstream just through smelling, offering mental, emotional and physical healing support. Our Creater YAHWEH is amazing in all His ways! Dry Inhalation: Put 1-3 drops of essential oil on a tissue and inhale the aroma through your nose. Pause and inhale again. (Avoid touching your nose with the tissue.) OR, dilute with carrier oil and rub into your hands like lotion then cup your hands over your nose and mouth and breathe deeply through your nose, hold for 7 seconds, exhale and repeat.
After Shower: After showering, while your skin is still wet, put 1-3 drops of essential oil blend in the palm of one of your hands and rub your hands together. Quickly and evenly spread the essential oil over your legs, arms, and torso. Avoid sensitive skin areas. For maximum skin hydration and to seal in moisture, apply cream, lotion, or body oil directly to damp skin.
Bath, Foot: Mix 1-3 drops of this blend of essential oils in 1/2 teaspoon of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil. Set aside. Fill a tub (deep enough to cover your feet and ankles) with warm water. Add the essential oil mixture, stir well, and immerse your feet for 10-15 minutes. Breathe in the aroma and massage your feet.
Body Lotion: Add 6-30 drops of essential oil blend in 1 ounce of fragrance-free, natural moisturizing lotion. Apply to your skin, especially after a shower or bath.
Body Oil: Mix 6-30 drops of this blend of essential oils in 1 ounce of a carrier, such as fractionated coconut oil or sweet almond oil. Apply to your skin, especially after a shower or bath.
Chest Rub: Mix 5-15 drops of Flu Fighter 4x in 1 tsp of carrier oil or fragrance-free, natural lotion, apply to your upper chest and upper back.
Cleaning Disinfectant: In a spray bottle, combine 1 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup vinegar, a few drops of non toxic dish soap, add 40-50 drops of Flu Fighter 4x. Swirl gently to combine, then spray and wipe (with a dry or damp rag) in the kitchen, bathroom, and anywhere else you’d normally use a disinfectant spray.
Diffusion: Follow the diffuser manufacturer’s instructions to fill the air with a therapeutic aroma.
Easy alternatives when you don’t have a diffuser:
Place 2-4 drops of essential oil blend on several cotton balls or tissues; place nearby or tuck a fan grate or air vent in your home or car.
Massage: Mix 6-30 drops of the essential oil blend in .75 oz of carrier oil or fragrance-free, natural lotion.
Room Mist: Mix 30-60 drops of this blend of essential oils in 4 ounces of water in a mister bottle. Shake well before each use and avoid getting the mist into the eye.
