I have seen again and again when people face illness that the tendency is to run from doctor, to testing, to speicialist ect. in order to find answers. I am here to say-JESUS and His word really are the only answer you need, but so many don't know how to just sit and seek His face for strategy to overcome. I wrote this journal to help you just take a breathe, slow down and focus on Yeshua for the purpose of deeply healing the roots that are causing the physical issues, as well as nuturing your body back to physical peace.
